Ayar Labs and Wiwynn Partner to Bring Co‑Packaged Optics to Rack‑Scale AI Systems

SAN JOSE, Calif. — March 11, 2026 — Ayar Labs, the pioneer in co-packaged optics (CPO) for AI infrastructure, and Wiwynn, a leading global data center solution provider, today announced a strategic partnership to bring CPO technology to rack-scale AI systems.

The collaboration advances CPO beyond component-level innovation and into deployable AI infrastructure for hyperscale workloads. Wiwynn will integrate Ayar Labs' TeraPHY™ optical I/O chiplets into its rack-scale AI server designs, enabling hyperscale customers to deploy next-generation AI clusters with the bandwidth and latency needed for large-scale model training and inference.
